Venture Global LNG (“Venture Global”) is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. We are seeking qualified applicants for the position: Senior Vice President, Operations Located: Arlington **Employer:** Venture Global LNG, Inc. **Job Location:** 1001 19th Street North, Suite 1500, Arlington, VA 22209 **Job Title:** Senior Vice President, Operations Develop multi-year annual operating and capital budgets/plans to meet the production and continuing operating needs of multiple facilities. Ensure the maintenance of the technical integrity and security of the Power Generation and Liquefaction process in each facility in both the short and long term. Oversee the development and maintenance of systems, policies and procedures to ensure reliable, safe and consistent operation of each facility. Develop and maintain a HSE management system and an HSE participative and pro-active culture for our facilities. Personally, take part in internal management audits and visits. Fulfil the role of Chairman of the Process Safety Committee. Establish the performance goals and Key Performance Indicators for the operating organization based on the objectives established. Manage technical improvements and modifications of VG operating facilities as required and maintain safe, environmentally compliant, efficient, and cost competitive operations. Manage the overall relationships between Venture Global LNG and the local communities, the United States Coast Guard, the FERC, DOT, LADEQ, Corp of Engineers, Pilots, Port Authority and other local, state and federal authorities having jurisdiction over our plants. Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies to support overall company policies and objectives. Establish operational processes and process improvement informing design improvements in future facilities. Foster skills and competencies development among operations staff through adequate HR and training policies. Responsible for the safe start up and commissioning of the Power Generation and Liquefaction facilities. Salary range: $500,000 - $ 1,000,000.04 per year.
