Depending on your interests, you may also have the opportunity to mentor less-experienced team members, contribute to clinical decision-making and help shape how the clinic operates. **Your role could include:** - Delivering high-quality, evidence-based veterinary care - Managing a varied medical and surgical caseload - Supporting collaborative case discussions and knowledge sharing - Mentoring other vets and nurses where appropriate - Contributing ideas to improve clinical workflows and the client experience - Building trusted relationships with clients in the Palm Beach community - Exploring a supported pathway into clinic leadership, if and when it feels right for you This is not a role where you will be expected to step into leadership without support.
