Senior User Acquisition Manager (Google Ads)

We are looking for a Senior UA Manager (Google Ads) to own and scale our Google Ads big monthly budget, drive 2-3x growth in scale while keeping CPA and ROAS within target, and shape the testing roadmap across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies together with our Creative and Product Marketing teams. This is a role for someone who thrives on data, owns outcomes end-to-end, and wants their decisions to directly move the needle for a product reaching hundreds of thousands of users worldwide About our product: We are building one of the most powerful live-streaming platforms, already connecting 400K+ monthly active users through live events, interactive video chats, and real-time community experiences.
