## Senior Title Clerk **Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)** ### About the Role Pritchard Companies is seeking an experienced **Senior Title Clerk** to join our team in Minneapolis. This role is responsible for managing vehicle title, registration, licensing, and tax documentation while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has extensive hands-on experience processing automotive titles. You will serve as a subject matter expert in title processing and help ensure accurate and timely completion of title transactions across the business. ### What You'll Do - Process vehicle title and registration transactions accurately and efficiently - Handle in-state and out-of-state title transfers, registrations, and licensing transactions - Resolve title discrepancies, duplicate title requests, and title corrections - Ensure compliance with title, tax, licensing, and registration requirements - Audit title packages and maintain organized records of completed and pending transactions - Communicate with customers, dealerships, lenders, vendors, and government agencies regarding title matters - Track title status, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities for process improvement ### What We're Looking For **Required:** - 5+ years of direct automotive title processing experience - Strong knowledge of title, registration, tax, and licensing regulations - Experience processing both in-state and out-of-state title transactions - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems **Preferred:** - Multi-location dealership group experience - Minnesota title processing experience - Experience with title management or registration processing software ### Compensation - $35.00/hour ### Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, and other company benefits ### Why Join Pritchard? - Competitive compensation - Opportunity to work with an experienced team - High-impact role supporting dealership operations - Stable, growing organization with strong leadership
