What You'll Do: Shape architecture across commissions, incentives, workflows, integrations, data processing, and customer-facing product systems. Turn complex business problems into clean designs, practical trade-offs, and shippable plans. Review code and design with strong instincts for correctness, scale, maintainability, and product impact. Establish simple, durable engineering patterns that help teams move faster with confidence. Mentor engineers through better design decisions, code quality, and technical judgment.
