Learn more at https://www.gethealthie.com/ * * * #### **About the Role** We're hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent team and play a critical role in scaling Healthie during our next phase of growth. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll serve as a senior talent acquisition leader responsible for driving hiring outcomes across the organization. You'll own complex, high-volume recruiting efforts, manage multiple critical searches simultaneously, and partner directly with senior leaders to influence workforce planning, hiring strategy, and talent market intelligence. This is a highly execution-oriented role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has a proven ability to consistently deliver exceptional hiring results at scale. You will manage an active requisition load of approximately 15–20 searches at any given time, maintain hiring velocity targets, and drive full-cycle recruiting efforts from sourcing, to intake through offer acceptance. Success in this role requires exceptional sourcing ability, operational discipline, stakeholder management, and the capacity to balance speed with quality. A Senior Technical Recruiter at Healthie is expected to consistently deliver hires within a 40-day average time-to-fill target while managing high interview volume, typically coordinating and facilitating 10-12 candidate interviews per day consistently.
