Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in program management. Experience with SQL and metrics management with data sets. Experience in AI/ML application, process design and automation. Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Demonstrated track record of designing and implementing complex, cross-functional workflow automation. Deep technical understanding of LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and automation tooling. Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience influencing executive leadership (Directorplus level). Responsibilities Architect and drive the strategic roadmap for T&S quality's transition to AI-driven process automation and workflow optimization. Own the design and execution of quality automation. Build scalable, AI-enabled workflows that integrate across product areas while partnering with T&S leadership to align automation initiatives with global safety infrastructure and business goals.
