Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in program management. Experience building infrastructure related to privacy or regulatory compliance. Preferred qualifications: 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects. Infrastructure experience, working with Software Engineering, TLs, Product Management and Legal teams. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers. As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Google Search Trust and Regulations, you will focus on ensuring Google’s compliance with an increasing volume of global regulations, including but not limited to consent, AI, information security, U18, and privacy, while also supporting the enablement of associated foundational technologies such as logs, data, compliance, and consent infrastructure. You will serve as a critical thought partner to key members of Google’s trust and regulatory landscape, driving key programs and projects in partnership with stakeholders across engineering, product, legal, and regulatory affairs.
