Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in program management. Experience with capacity management in cloud environment. Preferred qualifications: 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience integrating infrastructure readiness into global product launches and Go-to-Market strategies. Experience bridging technical constraints with business objectives for enterprise customers and partners. Expertise in designing and operationalizing organization-wide capacity planning and resource governance for AI/ML products, with a demonstrated ability to resolve complex infrastructure escalations.
