Senior Technical Program Manager

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in program management. 2 years of experience in compliance or risk management. Experience working on or with teams in the AI/ML, or algorithms domain. Experience in software development workflows (code review, testing) and define quality metrics for automated systems. Experience leading the end-to-end delivery and technical strategy for mobile and web applications, ensuring architectural alignment across. Preferred qualifications: 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Solid software development project management experience, ability to define projects and execute within timelines and with multiple stakeholders, and proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget. Demonstrated track record of strategic thinking and creative problem solving at a high level. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and to budget, and to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment. Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally and with management at all levels. Strong technical, problem-solving and quantitative skills.
