A Role with Purpose and Impact Dev Technology Group is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst / Scrum Master to support Agile software development teams delivering mission-critical solutions for our federal clients. This position combines technical business analysis with Scrum leadership to ensure successful software delivery throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The successful candidate will serve as both the lead business analyst and Scrum Master, partnering with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, testers, project leadership, and clients to define business needs, facilitate Agile delivery, and ensure high-quality software solutions are delivered on time. You will translate complex business needs into technical requirements, facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and foster collaboration across technical and business teams. This role also provides opportunities to mentor team members, improve delivery processes, and help drive continuous improvement throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis Lead the elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management of business and technical requirements. Partner with clients, Product Owners, developers, testers, and project leadership to identify business objectives and solution requirements. Translate business needs into: User Stories Functional Requirements Non-Functional Requirements Acceptance Criteria Business Process Flows Technical Specifications Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements. Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and backlog refinement sessions. Create and maintain business process documentation, workflow diagrams, and wireframes. Ensure requirements remain traceable throughout the software development lifecycle. Scrum Master Responsibilities Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile software development teams.
