We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Vienna-based finance team and support the continued growth of Bybit EU’s regulated operations. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our Vienna-based Finance team and support the continued growth of Bybit EU’s regulated operations. This role will be responsible for managing corporate income tax, withholding tax, tax governance, tax audits, and broader tax advisory matters within a rapidly growing and highly regulated fintech environment. You will work closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Treasury, external advisors, and tax authorities to ensure robust tax compliance while supporting strategic business initiatives across Europe. Beyond traditional tax responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to help shape the tax operating model of one of Europe’s leading digital asset platforms and contribute to the development of scalable processes in a fast-evolving industry. Responsibilities Lead and oversee direct tax compliance activities across multiple European entities, including corporate income tax and withholding tax obligations Support the tax setup and ongoing compliance of newly licensed and regulated entities under MiCAR, EMI, and MiFID frameworks. Coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of corporate income tax returns, tax provisions, and related tax reporting requirements Manage relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and tax authorities across relevant jurisdictions Support tax audits, tax authority inquiries, and regulatory reviews Provide tax advice on business initiatives, new products, corporate projects, and operational changes Monitor developments in Austrian, European, and international tax legislation and assess potential busine…
