Role Overview InMobi is scaling past 2,000 people across global markets, and this role partners with InMobi Group across InMobi Ads and Glance AI to build the talent systems that will shape what the company becomes next. Sitting at the intersection of business strategy and people strategy, you get to shape and run with the core parts of the talent lifecycle Performance and Growth, Leadership development, High-potential investment and succession.
