Your opportunity: As a Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist at Belvo, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across multiple functions - partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, build sourcing strategies, and manage recruitment processes end-to-end. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves recruitment and cares deeply about people - and wants real ownership over their work in a team where culture isn't a slide deck, it's how we operate every day. Talent Acquisition - Source, screen, and hire the best talent across LATAM - tech, product, business, and beyond. - Own the full recruiting cycle, from job posting and sourcing to offer. - Build proactive pipelines and continuously sharpen your research and sourcing techniques. - Map the competitive landscape and apply market intelligence to your search strategies. - Partner with hiring managers across different countries and functions. - Track and report on recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, etc.) - Leverage our ATS platform (Ashby), recruitment tools, and AI to attract and identify top talent faster. - Continuously improve our overall hiring experience, from candidate journey to hiring manager partnership People Operations - Process payroll accurately and on time in compliance with Mexican labor law - Manage benefits administration: health insurance and employee perks - Handle day-to-day office management and coordinate team-building activities and e…
