We are now looking for a seasoned High Volume Talent Acquisition Partner to join one of our clients and support their recruitment operations for their Venlo site. In this role, you will be the driving force behind their high-volume hiring while bringing structure and strategy to local recruiting practices. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a background in high-volume hiring, and know how to build a strong, scalable recruiting setup from the ground up, we'd love to talk to you. Key Details: - Contract: 6-month B2B contract (with strong possibility for extension) - Location: Hybrid (Venlo office) - Start Date: Within 1-2 weeks - Language: Native or Professional Fluency in Dutch is mandatory (minimum C1) What You’ll Be Doing: - High-Volume Sourcing & Hiring: You will own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for hourly workers at the site, targeting talent in the Netherlands. - Process Transformation: You will design and implement structured, efficient recruitment processes at the site. - Strategic Stakeholder Management: You will act as a true consultant and partner to the local site leaders, working closely with them to embed best practices. - Market Exploration: You will map out the local talent landscape for hourly workers, advising hiring managers on availability and competitive compensation. Who You Are: - Experienced TA Professional: You bring a solid track record at the mid-to-senior level, and have experience in high-volume and blue-collar talent acquisition. - Assertive & Consultative: You are comfortable navigating fast-paced environments. You know how to guide stakeholders and build processes that work.
