How You’ll Make an Impact: Respond to all tickets in the system in a timely manner, ensuring effective follow-up and resolution. Escalate issues that fall outside your scope of expertise to Senior Administrators as needed. Assist employees in maintaining a high level of satisfaction through professional and reliable IT service. Perform general IT-related tasks, including onboarding new hires, diagnosing and repairing end-user devices, and managing IT service requests. Utilize standard corporate tools to document change and problem management activities for tracking and reporting purposes. Who you are: Advanced troubleshooting Knowledge of IT security practices ⁠Proficiency in English and Excellent communication skills Experience with Atlassian products (ITSM, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)Administer and manage Intune environments to ensure secure and efficient device management. Administer Jamf infrastructure for effective Apple device management. Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) services, including user access and policy configuration. Administer and manage Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems across the organization Perform advanced troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Apply strong knowledge of IT security best practices to maintain a secure environment. Manage and maintain Server and Cloud environments to ensure reliability and performance. Demonstrate an automation mindset; basic scripting skills are considered an advantage.
