As a Senior Global Supply Chain Planner, you'll operate with a high degree of independence, sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution, influencing cross-functional decisions that impact our global network. The Senior Global Supply Planner is a key member of the End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain organization, responsible for developing and executing supply strategies for an assigned product family sourced through Contract Manufacturers (CEMs/OEMs). This role owns the end-to-end supply planning process, partnering closely with Demand Planning to balance demand and supply while ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory, capacity, and cost, and supporting global business objectives. **What You'll Do** You'll partner closely with Demand Planning, Commercial, Marketing, Sustaining Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Operations teams to align supply strategies with real-world business needs — from new product launches and promotional activities to network changes and long-term capacity planning. You'll own key planning and operational performance metrics, champion continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure seamless alignment between demand signals and manufacturing capabilities across a complex global footprint. The ideal candidate has prior experience in Supply Planning, Operations Planning, Production Planning, or other end-to-end planning functions within a complex manufacturing environment. This individual should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be comfortable making data-driven decisions with minimal supervision, and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global organization.
