Don’t just read what we’re about, join our team and see for yourself. **What We Offer** - Amazing Coworkers - Competitive Pay - Full Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and more - 401(K) Matching - Paid Time Off - Company Celebrations & Events **What Can You Expect** - Supervise and coordinate activities of field employees, subcontractors and material vendors to expedite the project schedule - Maintain daily detailed progress reporting and paperwork such as daily reports including pictures of work progress, payroll and equipment time reporting for crew (if required), field reports, schedule updates and email correspondence to keep the various people involved with the project informed of important issues. - This position is responsible for managing a large, complex project which may include multiple sites and or buildings, components, and subordinate superintendents or visits and mentors multiple project teams pending geographical region. - This position is responsible for ensuring project meets all company and project specific quality requirements, and for scheduling and maintaining daily work activities in a manner to meet project milestones as required. - Assist the Project Management Team, ensuring projects meet budget, quality, time and safety objectives and leading project field crews through detailed planning, scheduling, supervising, execution of and coordinating the work scope of work. **What You Bring to the Table** - Must possess the ability to read and understand project documents, e.g., drawings, specifications, RFI's, submittals, subcontracts, and the owner agreement terms and conditions specific to your role. - Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: MS Outlook, Word, Adobe Reader and Viewpoint Field Work Center. - Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for 4-hour periods of time. - May require performing general physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials. - Must have Water/Waste Water experience. *Visit our website at* [***www.reevesyoung.com***](https://www.reevesyoung.com/)*to learn more about our growing team and the opportunities we are creating for people just like YOU!* *Reeves Young is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
