This critical position must have a solid understanding of sales and operational excellence. As the lead for the sales function, the Senior Studio Manager must execute lead-generation strategies to increase membership sales and revenue. A successful employee in this position can perform the following duties. ***ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*** - Manages client and staff concerns as well as the daily operations of a fast-paced fitness studio - Overseas 2+ Locations - Ensure all Sales Associates and Assistant Managers are meeting or exceeding Daily Production Model requirements: (2 VIP referrals per sale), Calls by phone (40 per day), Leads (10 per day), Appointments (4 per day), Shows (3 per day), Sales (2 per day). The setup has been put in place to ensure that each employee and the studio meet their monthly new member and revenue goals - Executes and reviews monthly goals with sales staff - Hires, trains and schedules all studio sales staff - Manages, develops and evaluates the performance of all OTF sales and training staff for ongoing success and future growth - Ensures Sales Associates are meeting or exceeding all requirements - Conducts regular sales staff meetings and attends all required webinars - Works directly with the Head Coach in increasing studio utilization and achieving studio goals - Executes company’s marketing and social media efforts to promote the studio and brand - Ensures that sales and tra…
