Senior Student Program Specialist for Graduate Students

**Pay Range:** Targeted salary of$18.27 per hour, depending on education and experience. **Benefits Eligible:** Yes **Work Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may include some weekends) **Travel:** May be required | **Position Introduction:** The position is the primary contact for graduate student processes in the School of Civil Engineering and Environmental Science. This includes administrative needs for admissions, enrollment, course scheduling, advising, assessment, and student records. Assists with processing graduate program modifications. Duties: Reviews graduate student applications Maintains graduate student database containing student progress, letters of recommendation, transcripts as needed Assists students by providing information pertaining to lectures, exams, financial aid, etc. Collaborates with Student Services in matters concerning grades, transcripts, and student status.
