Job Description Senior Strategy and Performance Lead Role Mission Senior Strategy and Performance Lead is responsible for driving operational performance and ensuring scalable, efficient delivery operations. This role oversees key operational metrics, identifies business risks and opportunities, and leads cross-functional initiatives to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to solve complex operational challenges through data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple teams, and making decisions that balance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Operational Performance Management Own and improve key operational performance metrics across the delivery operation. Monitor business performance, identify operational risks, and proactively drive corrective actions. Establish operational mechanisms and performance reviews to ensure sustainable execution. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Data-Driven Decision Making Analyze complex operational data and performance indicators to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities. Develop structured recommendations and action plans based on quantitative and qualitative insights. Translate business challenges into scalable operational solutions.
