Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in product design or UX. 5 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams. 3 years of work experience working with executive leaders. 2 years of experience designing and shipping user experiences for Generative AI products. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization. Experience working with component based design systems, as well as prototyping with AI, web or mobile based technologies. Strong core interaction design skills, knowledge of user-centric design methodologies. Experience simplifying complexity through design. Proficient with industry standard design and prototyping tools. Strong grasp of emerging AI technology and trends in productivity. Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile.
