Let's dive into what that means: As a Senior Specialist your focus is delivering high-quality, best-in-class work for clients within your Practice and developing an understanding of how the entire digital marketing ecosystems drives impact for clients. In this role you will: Use your knowledge to deliver brilliant campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time. Follow all best practice and QA processes. Deliver highly insightful reporting on campaign performance that connects to the clients overall digital marketing activity. Be an advocate for the practice with Associates and help to grow knowledge and skills across this population. You will have a good knowledge of other Practices. Spearhead projects that lead to process improvements, innovation and automation that drive meaningful impact for your client or Practice. Have regular exposure to clients and develop your presentation and storytelling skills.] We’re looking for someone who: Has 18+ months of successful experience delivering activation for clients in Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat and more!. Is passionate about growing your career in marketing and the knowledge of others around you. Demonstrable skills in strategy, innovation, and client management. Has a good understanding about how other channels work and optimise together. Is a confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator with excellent presentation skills. Has strong data analysis and storytelling skills. Is someone with strong attention to detail, who is methodical and process orientated and has demonstrated a very high quality of work.
