In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting individuals with complex neurological conditions—helping them regain independence and enhance their quality of life through personalised therapeutic interventions. What will your responsibilities be? Lead and deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for individuals with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions. Work collaboratively within a skilled multidisciplinary team to design and implement personalised rehabilitation programmes. Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and mentorship to junior colleagues while contributing to service development and innovation. Monitor outcomes and contribute to service evaluation to ensure the highest standards of care. Qualifications & Experience: To be successful in this role you must have, Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration. Extensive post-qualification experience, ideally within neurorehabilitation or complex care. Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills. Ability to work both independently and within a team setting. A strong commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
