Senior Specialist - Controllership

Location: Bangalore Experience Required: 5+ years Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Specialist to join our Finance/Controllership team. The role will be responsible for accounting activities related to fixed assets, inventory and contract assets, and purchases/payables. The individual will also support month-end close activities, including preparation of relevant documentation and providing audit support as required. Key Responsibilities · Manage accounting for fixed assets, inventory, contract assets, and purchases/payables, including related month-end and year-end close activities. · Perform account reconciliations in accordance with IGAAP and US GAAP. · Respond to audit requests and support compliance with financial policies. · Support financial transitions, system migrations, and restructuring initiatives. · Prepare journal entries, cost allocations, and FX revaluations. · Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and documentation. Skills & Tools · Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and Smartsheet. · Strong knowledge of IFC, SOX, and IGAAP/US GAAP requirements. · Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities. Preferred Experience · Experience in process improvement, transitions, and automation initiatives. · NetSuite experience will be an added advantage. We are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
