What You’ll Be Doing Transforming client needs into powerful solutions using our low-code platform Guiding clients through the entire deployment journey — from kickoff to go-live Working with APIs, automation tools (like Zapier/Workato), and data pipelines to build seamless integrations between platforms Cleaning and transforming data to ensure every field lands in the right place, at the right time Delivering hands-on training to help clients unlock the full potential of Kizen Continuously identifying areas to improve processes using real-time data insights Tracking tasks, reporting progress, and proactively clearing blockers to keep things moving fast Becoming a trusted advisor to clients by translating technical complexities into simple, clear guidance Minimum Requirements - What You Bring to the Table 7+ years of SaaS implementation experience — bonus points for working directly with clients A deep love for tech, data, and using both to drive better outcomes Hands-on experience with data transformation (Excel, Python, ETL/API work) Experience configuring customizable, low-code platforms Excellent communicator — you’re equally confident speaking to a developer or a CEO A knack for teaching others — whether it’s running a training or creating killer documentation Proactive mindset: you don’t wait for problems to come to y…
