In this role, you'll help some of the world's largest organizations evaluate how AlertMedia fits into their technology ecosystem by leading technical discovery, delivering tailored product demonstrations, validating integrations, and guiding customers through technical evaluations. As the technical bridge between Sales, Product, Engineering, and prospective customers, you'll simplify complex technical concepts, solve challenging business problems, and help secure the technical win in enterprise sales opportunities. You'll play a critical role in educating and empowering prospects to make confident decisions while ensuring AlertMedia is positioned as the best solution for their needs. You have a consultative mindset, excel at building trusted relationships, and are equally comfortable whiteboarding an API integration with developers as you are presenting business outcomes to executive stakeholders. You enjoy working collaboratively with Account Executives and believe the best customer experiences happen when everyone operates as one team with one goal. What you get to do every day: Partner with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to drive technical strategy and help secure technical wins. Lead consultative technical discovery sessions to understand customer business objectives, technical environments, architecture, integration requirements, security considerations, implementation constraints, and success criteria. Translate discovery findings into a clear technical solution strategy. Deliver compelling, value-based product demonstrations tailored to each customer's technical and business objectives. Design and guide technical evaluations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and pilot programs that validate AlertMedia's value within enterprise environments. Become a subject matter expert across the AlertMedia platform and its technical capabilities. Design solution approaches that demonstrate how AlertMedia integrates into existing enterprise technology ecosystems. Confidently discuss APIs, webhooks, authentication, data flows, integration patterns, and implementation considerations with both technical and business stakeholders. Identify potential technical risks early and proactively develop solutions that remove obstacles to adoption. Own the technical response for RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, compliance discussions, and technical documentation. Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both executive and technical stakeholders, adapting your approach to different audiences.
