POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the Manager of Solutions Consulting EMEA & APAC, this role sits at the intersection of technology, revenue, and customer success. You’ll partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Service Delivery to solve complex identity challenges for enterprise customers, leading efforts from the discovery and solution design through to evaluation for prospects and existing customers. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who enjoys deep technical problem-solving while influencing strategic outcomes. This role is expected to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, enhance decision-making, and continuously optimize how work is performed. This will be a full-time, permanent position working out of the Singapore office on a hybrid model (3-days per week in the office).
