Ardent is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our team. This is a remote position . Position Description: Ardent is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join the team. The Senior Solution Architect is responsible for driving multiple customer solution design projects in parallel; conducts business and technical discovery with customers; finds novel solutions, architectures and use cases to help customers meet their objectives; provides robust recommendations for engagements while also identifying critical dependencies and gaps. Presents proposals to senior leadership in a clear and compelling way; has a balance of business and technology acumen, including ability to articulate high- level technical solutions to business problems and to tie solutions to program success criteria. Capable of independently applying a wide set of engineering disciplines for planning, design, analysis, coding, testing, roll-out and support of information systems architectures. Responsible for the designing of interface standards, quality assurance standards, performance standards, and cost-benefit analysis of modem state-of-the art information systems; analyzes available technologies and makes recommendations of technologies to use and how best to use them. Responsibilities and Duties: Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale technology solutions. Conduct business and technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify requirements and solution strategies. Develop solution architectures supporting cloud-native, hybrid, and enterprise application environments. Provide technical leadership throughout the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design through deployment and support. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations regarding adoption of new tools, platforms, and methodologies. Support modernization initiatives involving cloud engineering, containerization, microservices, DevSecOps, and platform automation. Design solutions utilizing multiple data stores, including relational and NoSQL technologies. Develop architecture standards, interface standards, performance standards, and quality assurance practices. Support implementation of enterprise data architecture, data governance, and metadata management strategies. Provide guidance regarding data integration, data conversion, and enterprise information architecture initiatives. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Present technical recommendations, roadmaps, and architecture strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders. Support implementation of AI and machine learning capabilities where appropriate to enhance mission outcomes.
