Senior Software Licensing Specialist

Work Schedule: The role operates primarily in US Shift timings (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST) and requires regular collaboration with global stakeholders, certification providers, instructors, and cross-functional teams. Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Senior Software Licensing Specialist to support our software licensing and renewals business. This role will partner closely with Sales, Consulting Delivery, and Software Implementation teams to manage software licensing quotes, maintenance renewals, and customer communications throughout the sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate has experience supporting SaaS/software licensing renewals, preparing software quotes, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This individual will be the primary point of contact for software licensing renewals, ensuring timely execution, accurate quoting, and proactive communication with clients while maintaining a high level of operational excellence.
