This role leads solution design, converts business requirements into scalable system designs, and drives high-quality implementation across distributed systems. This is a senior-level position that provides technical leadership for a pod of engineers (up to 5), ensuring delivery of robust, secure, and maintainable solutions. The role partners closely with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical systems. Salesforce experience is strongly preferred in environments where .NET services integrate with or extend CRM workflows.
