You will take ownership of technical delivery, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to the evolution of internal platforms and engineering practices. - Own the architecture, development, delivery, and reliability of integrations and microservices using Python, Java, and/or TypeScript. - Build and enhance integration platforms that enable teams to connect systems, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency. - Design and implement AI-assisted automations, GenAI solutions, and MCP integrations to extend platform capabilities. - Develop backend services, APIs, and distributed systems that support reliable and scalable applications. - Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver effective outcomes. - Collaborate with architects and engineers on design reviews, technical decisions, and engineering best practices. - Migrate and modernize existing integrations while ensuring system stability and performance. - Maintain high-quality engineering standards through code reviews, testing, monitoring, documentation, and incident response. - Mentor junior engineers and contractors through technical guidance, design discussions, and collaborative development practices. - Research and evaluate emerging AI models, tools, and techniques to identify opportunities for innovation. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is a highly experienced software engineer with strong backend expertise, a passion for AI technologies, and the ability to build production-grade systems. You should have experience working with distributed architectures, automation, and modern cloud-based engineering environments. - 8+ years of software engineering experience, with significant experience building and maintaining production systems. - 2+ years of hands-on experience designing AI integrations, including LLM-based automation, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). - Strong proficiency in backend development using Python, TypeScript, Java, or similar technologies. - Experience designing and developing microservices, APIs, integrations, and distributed systems. - Strong understanding of messaging systems, data streaming technologies, and storage solutions. - Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL optimization and database performance considerations. - Strong knowledge of backend architecture, cloud platforms, and AWS services. - Demonstrated ability to use AI tools during development and successfully deliver solutions from prototype to production. - Experience collab…
