What you'll do - Own the end-to-end stack behind the factory testing, traceability, and process control — from data capture at the test station, to databases, to dashboards/APIs - Build robust, scalable AWS tooling that gets factory data to the teams that need it. - Set standards for quality, security, observability, and release. - Help shape the technical roadmap and make the architecture calls as volume grows. What we're looking for - Proven experience building and shipping complex production systems. - Strong, hands-on AWS: can independently design and ship scalable, reliable tooling. - Solid backend and data engineering: REST APIs, event-driven and distributed services in Go or Python, databases, and data pipelines. Strong SQL. - Experience building platform and infrastructure tooling at scale: AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, observability. - A technical leader: sets technical direction and roadmaps, and grows engineers through hands-on work and influence. - Bonus: manufacturing test or operations experience — production line, hardware test, SPC, contract manufacturing.
