You will have the autonomy to influence architecture, improve developer experiences, and deliver impactful products within a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment. ### Accountabilities - Build, maintain, and improve frontend web applications with a strong focus on performance, usability, scalability, and reliability. - Develop reusable frontend components, libraries, and platform capabilities that support modern decentralized application experiences. - Contribute to open-source projects by managing community contributions, reviewing issues, and improving shared engineering resources. - Design and implement key components of a unified technology stack to support platform scalability and decentralization. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to transform ideas into high-quality user-facing features. - Apply modern frontend architecture principles and best practices across security, accessibility, performance, and maintainability. - Support teams building blockchain-based products by providing technical guidance and applying industry standards for decentralized application development. - Write clean, tested, and maintainable code while contributing to a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement. ## **Requirements** - 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2 years building and shipping user-facing web applications. - Strong experience developing modern web applications using JavaScript, React, Next.js, and related frontend technologies. - Proven ability to design and deliver production-ready user experiences with strong attention to performance, security, and usability. - Experience working with blockchain or onchain technologies and integrating decentralized components into web applications. - Solid understanding of frontend architecture, application design patterns, and modern software development practices. - Experience collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle. - Strong commitment to writing high-quality, well-tested, maintainable software. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in collaborative, distributed environments. - Experience with Go, Reth, Foundry, Solidity, or other blockchain development tools is a plus. - Previous contributions to open-source crypto projects are highly valued. - Experience building responsive web or mobile applications and working with experimentation or A/B testing frameworks is considered an advantage. ## **Benefits** - Competitive annual base salary ranging from **$186,065 to $218,900 USD**, excluding additional equity and bonus opportunities. - Equity and bonus eligibility as part of the total compensation package. - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage. - 401(k) retirement benefits. - Opportunity to work on innovative technology shaping the future of decentralized applications. - Remote work opportunity within the United States. - Collaborative environment with experienced engineers and opportunities for professional growth. - Ability to contribute to open-source initiatives and globall…
