Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages. 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture. 3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field. 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms. 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role. Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions. Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders. Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices. Operate with high agency. Transform ideas into lightweight hypotheses, build raw prototypes, and demo them early to gather feedback before scaling. Use AI tools extensively in your daily workflows. Explore performer tools to build strong product taste and user empathy. Collaborate with executive Leads, PMs and UX to graduate your experiments into production features, and measure real-world impact. Act as a multiplier for the team, mentoring junior SWEs and leaving things better than you found them.
