The Role: As our Senior Data Engineer focusing on data engineering, you will play a crucial role delivering a high-quality data platform that is responsible for maintaining and delivering Forge data to internal and external c lients as well as improving and maintaining internal user interfaces to interact with this data. You will implement new features, maintain existing features and perform code reviews , unit testing, and production deployments for our data platform using agile methodologies . Collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams, y ou’ll ensure requirements are well defined, and changes are delivered i n a timely manner . Experience with front-end toolkits like React and TailwindCSS. Familiarity with the modern data architectures (e.g. Medallion, Datalakes etc) Experience working in Private Markets or Financial Services space specifically with financial markets data Proven expertise in setting up CI/CD pipelines, data orchestration, managing application deployments, and ensuring code quality Strong project management skills, taking changes from planning to deployment, with hands-on coding in both backend and frontend Proficient in Databases like PostgreSQL and SQL queries and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or similar (e.g. Azure, GCP) Extensive experience with version control systems like Git and platforms like GitHub.
