The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Golang, Java, or Python , with a passion for building scalable, reliable, and high-performing applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical systems while contributing to engineering best practices and technical excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable production services, web applications, APIs, data pipelines, and distributed systems. Build and support systems that are critical to the company's current and future operations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across multiple services and technology stacks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards, security practices, and coding guidelines. Research, analyze, and document technical solutions, findings, and recommendations. Support engineering teams through technical expertise and attention to detail. Participate in software testing activities including test review, validation, and quality assurance processes. Evaluate code for performance, scalability, maintainability, and compatibility across environments. Contribute to the enhancement of engineering standards, development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and operational processes. Mentor junior engineers and positively influence team members through technical guidance and best practices. Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and software development methodologies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-8 years of professional software development experience. Strong proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Golang Java Python Experience designing and developing scalable, cloud-native applications and microservices. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures. Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases. Hands-on experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with observability and monitoring tools. Exposure to streaming platforms such as Kafka or similar technologies.
