Role Responsibilities - Enhance and optimize existing software architecture; design robust architecture for new components - Design and develop clean, efficient, and reliable code - Implement advanced features for autonomous vehicles - Uphold high standards in code quality, including continuous integration, automated testing, and comprehensive code reviews - Advocate and drive best practices in software engineering and development processes - Produce thorough technical design documentation - Mentor and support other software engineers Required Experience - Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field - 3+ years’ experience writing production-quality code in modern C++ - Experience developing in a Linux environment - Strong organizational and communication skills - Adaptive, solution-oriented mindset Bonus Experience - Experience with ROS or similar middleware - Background in real-world safety-critical applications - Experience with deploying software tools and/or metrics
