This role requires strong autonomy, architectural thinking, and a commitment to delivering reliable solutions that create business and customer value. - Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable systems within assigned product areas. - Contribute to technical architecture evolution, engineering patterns, and development standards. - Build and optimize continuous delivery pipelines to improve deployment speed, reliability, and operational efficiency. - Partner with product and design teams to translate business objectives into effective technical solutions. - Scope, estimate, and deliver medium-to-large engineering initiatives with limited oversight. - Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges, dependencies, and integration issues. - Mentor other engineers through code reviews, pair programming, design discussions, and knowledge sharing. - Improve engineering practices, code quality, system reliability, and technical consistency across teams. - Evaluate new technologies, tools, and approaches to improve team productivity and business outcomes. - Apply AI-powered tools thoughtfully to enhance engineering workflows and establish effective team practices. ## **Requirements** The ideal candidate brings extensive software engineering experience, strong architectural knowledge, and the ability to independently deliver complex technical solutions.
