Job Title: Senior Social Worker - SAS Team Location: Hartlepool Pay Rate: £32.87 per hour Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary (Initial 3 months with potential to extend) Start Date: Immediate Job Description: Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join our client’s SAS Team in Hartlepool. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where you’ll play a vital role in safeguarding and supporting children and families. You’ll be responsible for managing complex cases, offering professional guidance, and ensuring statutory duties are met in line with legislation and local procedures. What will your responsibilities be? Undertake Children & Families assessments and ensure timely completion. Lead on complex cases and provide professional advice to colleagues. Chair meetings and contribute to multi-agency planning. Prepare reports and care plans for children and families. Attend court and provide evidence when required. Work closely with families under Child in Need, Child Protection, and PLO processes. Carry out other social work tasks as directed by your manager. Qualifications & Experience: To be successful in this role you must have, Social Work England registration. Eligible to work in the UK. Hold a full UK driving licence.
