Senior Social worker- Looked after Children

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Social Worker to join its client’s Looked after Children team, based in Shropshire. What will your responsibilities be? Manage caseload with supervision from the Team Manager Complete assessments through direct work with children and families Progress care plans and pathway plans to meet children’s needs Carry out statutory CLA visits (home, foster care, residential) Chair and coordinate meetings (care planning, PEPs, reviews, risk management) Provide advice and support to children and families Undertake limited court work (care orders, SGO, placement orders) Participate in duty rota Maintain accurate case records and documentation Work collaboratively with families and partner agencies Qualifications and Experience: To be successful in this role you must have; Social Work England registration Eligible to work in the UK Hold a full UK driving licence Post-qualified experience Degree level or equivalent in Social Work Why Liquid Personnel?
