Senior Social Worker – Disabilities

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Social Worker to join its client’s Adult Disabilities Service team, based in Dudley. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will: Work in partnership with adults, young people, and their families/carers to assess needs and develop outcome-focused support plans Undertake statutory assessments, safeguarding activity, and care planning, ensuring wellbeing and safety are prioritised Assess risk and deliver interventions to improve quality of life and long-term independence Coordinate multi-agency services, working closely with health, education, housing, and partner organisations Support transition planning where required, ensuring continuity of care and promoting independence Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in line with statutory and data protection requirements Engage in supervision, training, and continuous professional development Qualifications & Experience: To be successful in this role you must have: Social Work England registration Eligible to work in the UK Hold a full UK driving licence Post-qualified experience within a statutory setting working with adults and/or young people transitioning to adulthood, including safeguarding Degree level or equivalent in Social Work (MA, BA, BSc, Diploma in Social Work or CQSW) Strong understanding of adult social care legislation, safeguarding, and disability services Strong assessment, analytical, and care planning skills Ability to manage complex caseloads and competing priorities Excellent communication and multi-agency working skills Experience using electronic case management systems and maintaining accurate records Why Liquid Personnel?
