AHEAD is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to enable multiple Agile teams within Enterprise Engineering. This role combines delivery leadership, facilitation, coaching, and continuous improvement to help cross-functional teams deliver valuable, high-quality technology solutions predictably. The Senior Scrum Master will partner closely with product owners, engineering leaders, developers, quality engineers, and business stakeholders. They will foster team ownership, remove delivery barriers, improve cross-team coordination, and use data to strengthen execution. This is an individual-contributor role requiring influence across technical and business teams.
