**Job Expectations:** - Position Type: Experienced - Senior Manager - Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Direct Hire) - Work Setup & Location: Hybrid (2-3x days onsite per week) - BGC, Taguig - Work Schedule: Weekdays; Mid Shift - Industry: Global Accounting Firm **About the Job:** We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect Senior Manager to join our client's Business Application Consulting team and lead the design and delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them solve complex business challenges through scalable and strategic Salesforce implementations. You will oversee solution architecture, guide technical teams, drive business development initiatives, and ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across various business needs. - Serve as a strategic advisor to clients by understanding business challenges and recommending effective solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions. - Oversee deployment activities, code reviews, and production releases to ensure quality and stability. - Drive business development initiatives and contribute to client growth opportunities. - Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project teams and junior resources. - Promote continuous improvement and adoption of Salesforce best practices and industry standards. - Support integration, customization, and optimization of Salesforce and related platforms such as nCino. - Ensure strong focus on client experience, operational efficiency, and solution scalability. - Monitor project delivery, risks, timelines, and overall engagement success. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - 10+ years of solid experience in Salesforce consulting, architecture, or solution delivery. - Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce and nCino solutions. - Strong experience leading client discussions, workshops, and solution planning sessions. - Knowledge of Salesforce Industry Clouds and deployment pipelines. - Experience in code reviews, production deployments, and release management. - Strong understanding of SQL and SOQL queries. - Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving business development activities. - Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills. - Can start immediately, if possible. - ***RecruitNest** is your **trusted career partner**, dedicated to connecting you with the right opportunities that match your skills, goals, and aspirations.
