About the Role Brazil moves billions in trade value with the rest of the world every year — and most of that value leaks through hidden FX spreads, tax inefficiencies, and treasury friction that legacy banks and brokers never solve for. As Senior Sales Executive- Global Logistics Payments, you'll own Tensec's charge into this market, turning your logistics and trade relationships into a growth engine for our agentic FX and payments infrastructure. You'll be the person converting invisible cost into visible savings, and visible savings into TPV. You bring the relationships and the credibility in global trade and logistics; we bring the FX, payments, and compliance firepower to help you close. This is a build-the-territory role for someone who wants outsized ownership over a market Tensec is just beginning to unlock. Core Responsibilities & Essential Functions - Account development and TPV Growth. Identify, engage, and close carriers, freight forwarders, and commodity traders operating Brazil's trade flows with markets across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, building multi-threaded relationships across commercial, treasury, operations, and compliance stakeholders. You will own Total Payment Volume growth from Brazil's global trade flows, deepening account penetration and expanding into adjacent international trade lanes. - Payments & FX positioning. Position Tensec's BRL/PIX rails and IOF-efficient cross-border structures against client-specific cost structures, translating cross-border payments and regulatory intelligence into a quantified commercial case. - Enterprise deal leadership. Own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first meeting through pilot, activation, and expansion, managing champion coalitions and deal risk across global accounts touching the Brazil corridor. - Market intelligence feedback. Channel market signals global corridor economics, freight and trade dynamics, regulatory shifts, back to product and compliance to sharpen the corridor offering. - Compliance-aligned activation.
