## Senior Sales Executive Position We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive for our client, an outstanding importer, processor and distributor of fresh and frozen seafood. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the development of the Outside Sales team that sells to all sales channels. This company offers an excellent benefits package including employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan. ### Responsibilities: - Lead the development of the Outside Sales team, overseeing their sales activities. - Sell directly to various establishments such as restaurants, hotels, casinos, country clubs, and corporate businesses. - Handle Foodservice Distribution to specialty distributors and broadliners. - Manage Retail Grocery sales with Small, Mid & Large Regional Retail Grocery. - Earn commissions for individual sales, as well as overrides/commissions/bonuses for the sales team achieving their sales quotas and exceeding year over year growth. - Oversee up to 15 sales reps across the Western United States. - Hire, coach, mentor, manage and terminate outside sales people as needed. ### Qualifications: - A minimum of 10 years in Seafood Sales. - Experience selling to all 3 sales channels. - Proven track record in managing people. - Ability to travel between 30-50% of the time. - Based out of the flagship California Location.
