Senior Sales Associate Location : Newbury street, Boston Job Type : Part-time Overall Compensation Package : $23/hr (This is what you can expect to be paid in this role. The range considers factors such as years of relative experience, cost of living/geographical area and clinic volume.) Aventura Compensation Package: Based on the above, an incoming part time Senior Sales Associate can expect to be brought in at $23/hr with the opportunity to grow from there. Schedule/Availability : Must be available to work Friday/Saturday/Sunday with another weekday (Mon-Thur) available. Must be available to work Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. Must be available to work Monday/Wednesday/Saturday. Must be available to work 16-29 hours during Clinic Operating Hours (as posted on website *subject to change). Must be able to work a 5 or 8 hour shift with a minimum of 1 day per week but have the ability to flex to more shifts as needed. You must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance. Sunday's may be required for occasional training or if clinic expands operating hours Ability to commute/cover other clinics : Reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed. Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions: This work is performed in a retail environment and requires the ability to walk short distances and stand for long periods of time. Must have the ability to lift and carry inventory and move clinic equipment. Regularly required to reach, crouch, kneel, bend, twist, push, pull, and carry up to 25lbs. Frequently talking and listening to clients in person and on phone. Requires the ability to operate standard office equipment such as phones, keyboards, computers, and touch screen devices.
