Job Summary: At Reltio, as the Sr Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top technical talent for the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the overall recruitment process. You will engaging senior business leaders across the globe and help them to understand global recruiting and build strategic recruiting plans. Additionally, you will mentor junior member in the team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success in meeting hiring goals. This position requires strong technical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy Development: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand technical hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives. Team mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of technical recruiters, providing creative solutions, guidance, and support to drive performance and achieve recruitment goals. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, including online platforms, social media, job boards, networking events, and industry connections, to attract qualified candidates for technical/non-technical positions. Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate technical skills to identify potential candidates who meet the required qualifications and technical expertise. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, including technical assessments and onsite interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Interview and Selection: Conduct thorough interviews, evaluate candidates' technical skills, assess cultural fit, and make recommendations to hiring managers for final selection.
