Please note that this is a contract position based in our Boston office; this is an hourly role and will be paid through an external partner. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional to join our recruiting team as a Senior Recruiter in our Boston HQ. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with leaders across the organization, with a particular focus on supporting our Customer Support and Customer Success teams . You will have a direct impact on Klaviyo’s continued growth, helping shape our culture and business through the talented, driven, and empathetic people you bring into the company. You’ll take ownership of the recruiting process and your results, using data and insights to make our hiring more effective and efficient while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience. As a Senior Recruiter, you will act as a trusted talent partner to our Customer Support and Customer Success organizations , helping us attract and hire exceptional talent as these teams continue to scale. How you'll make a difference: Own Your Process: From sourcing passive candidates to closing offers, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle and provide every candidate with an exceptional experience. You’ll ensure Klaviyo is engaging with and hiring exceptional people who can help take our Customer Support and Customer Success organizations to the next level. Improve Our Process: We’re not perfect, but we do like to recognize and improve those imperfections. Every Klaviyo has a voice, and we want to hear yours! Fresh perspectives grounded in data and analytics are encouraged as we continuously improve how we hire. This includes leveraging AI tools to streamline recruiting workflows, improve productivity, and enhance decision-making across sourcing, interviewing, and candidate communication. Build Relationships: Your empathy and people-centric approach will help you build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers. You’ll develop a deep understanding of the teams you support and act as a trusted advisor on talent strategy, market insights, and hiring decisions. Be an Ambassador: Whether through Klaviyo’s social media channels, recruiting events, or good old-fashioned cold outreach, you are an ambassador for Klaviyo and, in many cases, the first impression a candidate will have of the company. Candidates are people, and you’ll take a balanced approach that makes each candidate feel like an individual while keeping Klaviyo’s business objectives in mind. Who you are: 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally supporting Customer Success, Customer Support, or other customer-facing organizations in a high-growth or scaling environment Experienced partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs and translate them into effective talent strategies Deeply people-centric, empathetic, and relationship-driven Data-informed and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Energized by challenge and motivated by continuous personal and professional growth Able to balance an exceptional candidate experience with ambitious hiring goals An early adopter of AI who continuously explores new tools and…
