This role requires strong collaboration across technical teams, leadership in quality initiatives, and a commitment to continuous innovation. - Implement and enhance quality assurance strategies in collaboration with product and engineering leadership, translating strategic objectives into effective testing plans. - Lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive testing frameworks aligned with technical standards and project goals. - Drive automation initiatives by optimizing testing frameworks, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and product quality. - Manage testing activities across projects, ensuring proper planning, execution, documentation, and delivery within established timelines. - Collaborate with engineering, product management, and architecture teams to integrate quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle. - Mentor and coach QA team members, fostering technical growth, leadership development, and a culture of continuous improvement. - Identify opportunities to improve QA processes, methodologies, and tools while introducing innovative approaches to software quality. - Stay informed on emerging QA technologies, automation practices, AI-enabled tools, and industry standards to maintain competitive testing strategies. - Provide expert QA guidance during project planning, helping teams incorporate quality considerations from early development stages through delivery. - Promote strong collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure quality objectives align with business outcomes. ## **Requirements:** The ideal candidate is an experienced quality engineering leader with strong technical expertise, proven team leadership capabilities, and a passion for building scalable testing solutions. You should be comfortable working in complex software environments and influencing quality practices across organizations. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 7+ years of experience in IT, with extensive knowledge of software testing strategies, methodologies, and automation in complex development environments. - 4+ years of leadership experience in QA roles, managing teams and driving large-scale testing initiatives. - Strong expertise with QA automation frameworks and tools such as Playwright, Selenium, TestComplete, or equivalent solutions. - Proficiency in programming languages used for automation, including Python, Java, C#, or similar technologies. - Experience with AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable solutions. - Solid…
